At Rit Concept, we want you to love every piece of your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all protective fillers and hardware, to ensure the furniture arrives safely.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
